Only the elaborate roof extension is considered new construction. Historic and modern are united by a timeless architectural language.<\/p>\n<h2 class=\"h4\">Ressources<\/h2>\n<p>Resources are best used where they are available. Around 120 square meters of photovoltaic modules on the new roof construction provide around 20 megawatt hours of clean solar power per year. Heating and cooling are powered by district heating.
